The Arqus Career Week is a 5-day programme intended to support PhD researchers in their exploration and pursuit of career paths beyond university research.
The programme offers talks and workshops, led by a group of career experts from international backgrounds, to help participants recognize their labour market skills and give insight into application and hiring processes as well as company cultures outside of academia.
The next Career Week will take place at the University of Padua, Italy, from Monday, June 30th to Friday, July 4th, 2025.
This 5th edition of the Arqus Career Week brings a special collaboration with the project Fiasco Fest Goes Arqus, a party-workshop that offers a space for researchers to talk openly about the highlights as well as failures of their careers, to recognize their resources in dealing with future fiascos and how to let go and move forward joyfully.
