The Master in Medical Device Engineering is a research-oriented program in the medical device field: equipment, software, implanted and connected.
The program covers the entire medical device life cycle: design, production, regulatory affairs, commercialization and clinical use.
The job opportunities are wide: the students can continue on a PhD, they can work in R&D in big companies or in SMB/SMI in the health industry.
The program starts in September for a duration of 1 year and delivers 60 ECTS credits.
The Master in Medical Device Engineering teachers are from research laboratories of the Université de Lyon and from the industry of medical device.

Who can apply to the program?
Students who have been awarded a 4-year degree at least, whether it be a 4-year bachelor’s degree or a master’s degree in the following fields:
