Please complete this form if you are interested in participating in the Arqus Mentoring Programme for Early-Stage Researchers.

The next round of the 9-month Arqus Mentoring Programme for Early-Stage Researchers will start in October 2025. The aim of this Programme is to support the establishment of sustainable mentoring relationships between early-stage researchers and experienced researchers across the Arqus partner universities.
Mentoring is not academic collaboration or supervision, but rather offers a space to discuss challenges in academic life, receive support with personal and professional growth and get advice regarding one's career development and goals.
The Arqus Mentoring programme is designed for advanced doctoral candidates and early postdocs who are interested in professional support during the first stages of their academic careers. You have to be employed/enrolled at one of the Arqus Universities or the associate partners Kyiv Mohyla Academy or Durham University and reside in the EU, Ukraine or the UK at the time of the programme. You are not eligible if you have already participated in the Arqus Mentoring Programme previously.
Please prepare to enter a 300-500 word statement of motivation and to upload your CV. The use of AI and language tools is allowed for phrasing and grammar purposes, but please make sure to write about yourself personally.
If you are interested in a mentoring relationship with an established researcher and would like to participate in career-oriented training by international experts, please apply by Monday, March 31st, 23:59 CET.
